They see gay or bisexual men do X activity so they label that as what gay men do so it’s forever gay and if someone does it then they think of them as gay. Even if these straight men find it interesting or enjoy said activity, they stay away because then others would think of them as gay.

Think of drinking a mimosa for example. It’s orange juice mixed with champagne. Drinking orange juice is not girly or gay. It’s orange juice. Drinking champagne by itself is not girly or gay. It’s alcohol used in celebrations. But mixing orange juice and champagne suddenly for some straight men is gay.

Same thing with dancing. These men who are overtly worried of the opinion of others don’t dare to dance in public and many times even privately for the fear of making a fool of themselves, or being labeled as gay even though dancing does not make a person gay.

Just do what you enjoy and stop worrying about the world because they don’t pay your bills and they’re not your parents you’d be afraid to disappoint.
